We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway Marketing (S) Pte Ltd and PT Sunway Flowtech, both subsidiaries of Sunway had on 31 January 2013, incorporated a limited company known as PT Sunway Pacific Flow. The approval for the incorporation of PT Sunway Pacific Flow by the relevant authorities in Indonesia was notified on 15 April 2013.
PT Sunway Pacific Flow is a company incorporated in Indonesia and has an authorised and paid-up capital of Rp19,476,000,000/- (equivalent to USD2,000,000/-) and Rp4,869,000,000/- (equivalent to USD500,000/-) respectively. Its intended principal activity is manufacturing of specialty hoses. Sunway Marketing (S) Pte Ltd and PT Sunway Flowtech hold 95% and 5% equity interests in PT Sunway Pacific Flow respectively.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
