-  COMPLETION OF DISTRIBUTION OF SECOND INTERIM SINGLE TIER DIVIDEND VIA SHARE DIVIDEND

We refer to our announcements dated 5 March 2019 in relation to the declaration and entitlement date of a second interim single tier dividend via a share dividend distribution of approximately 48.5 million treasury shares on the basis of 1 treasury share for every 100 ordinary shares held (“Share Dividend”) whereby fractions of treasury shares are disregarded.

 

The Board of Directors of Sunway wishes to announce that the Share Dividend has been fully credited into the respective Depositors’ Securities Accounts on 18 April 2019.
