- NOTIFICATION UNDER CHAPTER 14 OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ON DEALINGS IN SECURITIES

Pursuant to Chapter 14, Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce that the following Directors and Principal Officers of Sunway have given notice of their receipt of ordinary shares in Sunway pursuant to the distribution of a second interim single tier dividend distribution on 18 April 2019, on the basis of 1 treasury share for every 100 ordinary shares held in Sunway ("Share Dividend Distribution")  details as set out in the Table below.
