We refer to our annoucement dated 22 April 2019 on the Notice of Intention to Deal in the securities of Sunway during the closed period by Ms Yap Chong Koon.

 

Pursuant to Chapter 14, Paragraph 14.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce that Ms Yap Chong Koon, a Principal Officer of Sunway, has given notice of her dealing in the securities of Sunway during the closed period, details as set out in the Table below.
