We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway City (S’pore) Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway City Sdn Bhd which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway, has on 16 May 2019, incorporated a private limited company known as Sunway Property Development (Zhuhai) Co. Ltd. Its business license was received on 17 May 2019.

Sunway Property Development (Zhuhai) Co. Ltd is a company incorporated in China and has a total registered capital of RMB10,000,000.00. Its intended principal activities are property investment and development.  

None of the directors or major shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
