The Board of Directors of Sunway wishes to announce that the ESOS of Sunway which was implemented on 3 September 2013 for a period of 6 years, will expire on 1 September 2019 pursuant to the By-Laws of the ESOS.
As at 30 August 2019, a total options of 123,901,359 have been exercised while the total unexercised vested options are 23,523,699. Pursuant to ESOS By-Laws 9.1, all outstanding unexercised options will lapse upon the expiry date of the ESOS.
Accordingly, the ESOS Committee will dissolve on 1 September 2019.
