We wish to announce that the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands had on 28 November 2019, certified that Sun SEA Capital Management Ltd (“Sun SEA”), a subsidiary of Sunway, will be struck off from the Companies Register on 31 December 2019 pursuant to Section 156 of the Companies Law of the Cayman Islands (Revised).

Sun SEA is a dormant company which was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on 23 May 2018 and has an authorised and paid-up share capital of USD50,000.00 and USD1.00 respectively.

The striking off of Sun SEA has no material financial effect on Sunway. 

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid striking off.
