DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT SCHEME FOR THE SECOND INTERIM SINGLE TIER CASH DIVIDEND FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019

Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms set out herein shall have the same meanings as those set out in Sunway’s announcement dated 25 February 2020 in relation to the DRS.


The Board had on 25 February 2020 declared the Second Interim Dividend and that the DRS applies to the entire portion of the Second Interim Dividend.

 

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an application for the listing of and quotation for the new Sunway Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Second Interim Dividend has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 26 February 2020.
