Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms set out herein shall have the same meanings as those set out in Sunway’s announcements dated 25 February 2020 and 26 February 2020 in relation to the DRS.

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (“Kenanga IB”) wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 4 March 2020, resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for up to 181,431,200 new Sunway Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Second Interim Dividend, on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

The approval granted by Bursa Securities for the above is subject to the following conditions:-

i.      Sunway and Kenanga IB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the DRS;

ii.     Sunway and Kenanga IB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the DRS;

iii.     Sunway to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the DRS is completed; and

iv.    if applicable, payment of additional listing fees based on the actual number of new Sunway Shares to be issued and the final issue price together with the details of computation of the amount of listing fees payable.
