We are pleased to advise that SUNWAY’s 977,779,351 ICPS issued pursuant to the Rights Issue of ICPS will be admitted to the Official List of the Exchange and the listing and quotation of the ICPS on the Main Market will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 8 December 2020.

We are also pleased to advise that SUNWAY’s 39,555,548 additional Warrants B issued pursuant to the adjustment arising from the Rights Issue of ICPS will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 8 December 2020.
