We wish to announce that Cleaver Fortune Sdn Bhd (“CFSB”), a wholly-owned subsidairy of Sunway has on 28 December 2020, commenced members' voluntary winding-up pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2016 as CFSB has ceased its business operation.

CFSB was incorporated on 12 November 2013 with an issued and paid-up share capital of RM2/-. The previous principal activity of CFSB was property investment holding.

CFSB has appointed Mr Wong Cham Mew of Unit C-20-5, Block C, 20th Floor, Megan Avenue II, No. 12, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, 50450 Kuala Lumpur as its liquidator for the members’ voluntary winding up of CFSB.

The total cost of investment in CFSB was RM282,636,030. There are no material losses or effects on the net assets per share and earnings per share of Sunway Group arising from the abovementioned liquidation.
