The Board of Directors of Sunway wishes to announce that Sunway intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposals at the forthcoming Eleventh Annual General Meeting of the Company.

 

A circular to shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be uploaded onto Sunway’s website in due course.
