The Board of Directors of Sunway wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has approved the Company's request for suspension in the trading of its securities with effect from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 23 June 2021, pending the release of a material announcement. 

The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(b) of Practice Note 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
