We wish to announce that Pena Enterprise Sdn Bhd (“Pena”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway, has on 10 November 2021, submitted its application to the Companies Commission of Malaysia for striking off pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016 (“Proposed Striking Off”).

Pena is a dormant company which was incorporated on 15 February 1990. The issued and paid-up share capital of Pena is RM354,601.

The Proposed Striking Off of Pena has no material financial effect on Sunway.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the Proposed Striking Off.
