We wish to announce that Parkcity Resources Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Multicare (Parkcity) Pharmacy Sdn Bhd) (“PRSB”), an indirect subsidiary of Sunway, has on 8 December 2021, submitted its application to the Companies Commission of Malaysia for striking off pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016 (“Proposed Striking Off”).

PRSB was incorporated on 21 December 2015 with an issued and paid-up share capital of RM300,000/-. The previous principal activity of PRSB was retail of pharmaceuticals, medical and orthopaedic goods.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the Proposed Striking Off.
