We refer to our announcement dated 17 February 2020 in relation to the member’s voluntary winding-up of Sunway Carnival Sdn Bhd (“SCSB”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway.

We wish to inform that the liquidator of SCSB had convened the Final Meeting to conclude the member’s voluntary winding up of SCSB on 24 January 2022. The Returns by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting of SCSB were lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver on 27 January 2022 (“Lodgement Date”), and on the expiration of three months after the Lodgement Date, SCSB will be dissolved.
