We refer to our announcement on 10 November 2021 in relation to the application for striking off pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016 by Pena Enterprise Sdn Bhd (“Pena”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway, to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”).

Based on the information published by the CCM via its portal on 4 March 2022, Sunway wishes to announce that Pena has been struck off from the Register and dissolved following the publication of the notice of striking off pursuant to Section 551(3) of the Companies Act 2016 in the Gazette on 23 February 2022.

Consequently, Pena has ceased to be a subsidiary of Sunway.
