We refer to our announcement on 8 December 2021 in relation to the application for striking off pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016 by Parkcity Resources Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Multicare (Parkcity) Pharmacy Sdn Bhd) (“PRSB”), an indirect subsidiary of Sunway, to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”).

Based on the information published by the CCM via its portal on 29 April 2022, Sunway would like to announce that PRSB has been struck off from the CCM’s Register and dissolved following the publication of the notice of striking off pursuant to Section 551(3) of the Companies Act 2016 in the Gazette on 7 April 2022.

Consequently, PRSB has ceased to be subsidiary of Sunway.
