The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager of SunREIT wishes to announce that AREM (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“AREM”) has been appointed as the new Property Manager of SunREIT for a term of one (1) year commencing from 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015 (with an option to extend for a further term of one (1) year) in place of Azmi Real Estate Management Sdn Bhd (“Azmi”), whose appointment ceased on 30 June 2014 due to organizational restructuring. AREM is established by the former property management team from Azmi.
