Pursuant to Chapter 14, Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the management company of SunReit, wishes to announce that Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr Jeffrey Cheah Fook Ling, the Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, has given notice that:-
1) He has acquired 16,986,000 units in SunReit in the open market; and
2) Sunway City Berhad has transferred all its 986,634,185 units in SunReit to Sunway REIT Holdings Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Sunway Gamma Knife Centre (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd), details as set out in the Table below.

Sunway City Berhad and Sunway REIT Holdings Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Sunway Gamma Knife Centre (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd) are companies in which Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr Jeffrey Cheah Fook Ling has deemed interests pursuant to Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965. Effectively, there is no change in the deemed interest of Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr Jeffrey Cheah Fook Ling.
