Based on Chapter 14, Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the management company of SUNREIT, wishes to announce that Sarena Cheah Yean Tih, the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, has given notice that:- 

1) Sunway REIT Holdings Sdn Bhd, a company in which she has deemed interest pursuant to Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965, has acquired a total of 422,600 units in SUNREIT in the open market; and

2) Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, a company in which she has deemed interest pursuant to Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965, has transferred a total of 2,301,700 units in SUNREIT to its shareholders, Sunway Berhad and Millennium Pavilion Sdn Bhd.

Remarks:

This amended announcement supercedes the announcement which was made on 15 September 2015. The number of units acquired by Sunway REIT Holdings Sdn Bhd on 11 September 2015 in the open market should be 421,800 units instead of 421,890 units.
