Description	SUNWAY REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ("SUNREIT") - ACQUISITION OF SHARES BY SUNREIT
We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, OSK Trustees Berhad (as Trustee for SUNREIT) had on 14 March 2012, acquired two (2) ordinary shares of RM1/- each, representing 100% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Mega Revenue Sdn Bhd ("MRSB") for a total consideration of RM2/-. OSK Trustees Berhad shall hold the said shares in trust and on behalf of SUNREIT. MRSB was incorporated on 13 February 2012 and its authorised and paid-up share capital are RM100,000/- and RM2/- respectively. MRSB is presently dormant and its intended principal activity is to raise financing on behalf of SUNREIT. None of the directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd (the Manager for SUNREIT) or substantial unitholders of SUNREIT or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect in the aforesaid acquisition. This announcement is dated 15 March 2012.
