Based on Chapter 14, Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the management company of SUNREIT, wishes to announce that Sarena Cheah Yean Tih, the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, has given notice that her parent has disposed a total of 25,150,000 units in SUNREIT in the open market.
