Based on Chapter 14, Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the management company of SUNREIT, wishes to announce that Sarena Cheah Yean Tih, the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, has given notice that:-
1) Sunway Berhad, a company in which she has deemed interest based on Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016 has disposed of 1,915,040 units in SUNREIT in the open market; and
2) Sunway REIT Holdings Sdn Bhd, a company in which she has deemed interest based on Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016 has acquired 1,915,040 units in SUNREIT in the open market.
