Reference is made to the announcements released on 11 January 2017, 10 April 2017, 25 May 2017 and 24 July 2017 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the manager for SUNREIT wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on 1 August 2017 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA dated 11 January 2017 and the Letter Agreements dated 10 April 2017, 25 May 2017 and 24 July 2017. On 2 August 2017, the vendor's lawyer confirmed that they received the Remaining Balance on 1 August 2017. The Balance Sum was fully paid using SUNREIT’s existing debt financing facilities. This Announcement is dated 2 August 2017. |
