We wish to announce that the resolution as set out in the Notice of Unitholders' Meeting dated 10 October 2017 was duly approved by the unitholders of Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust ("SunREIT") at the Unitholders' Meeting held today.
The resolution was voted by poll and the results of the poll were verified by BDO Governance Advisory Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by SunREIT. The poll results are set out in the table below:
