| Description | We refer to the announcements dated 9 October 2012, 10 October 2012, 28 November 2012, 30 November 2012, 18 December 2012 and 31 December 2012 in relation to the Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Manager, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Manager has requested for a suspension in the trading of its securities from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on 5 February 2013. The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(b)(i) of Practice Note 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad to facilitate the bookbuilding process pursuant to the Placement. This announcement is dated 5 February 2013. |
