Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcement by SUNREIT dated 15 August 2018 (“Announcement”) shall apply herein. We refer to the Announcement in relation to the Proposed Amendments. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the REIT Manager and the Trustee had on 18 September 2018 executed a new supplementary deed which effectively replaces and supersedes the Supplementary Deed that was entered into on 15 August 2018 in order to incorporate the feedback received from the SC during the application process for the registration of the Supplementary Deed. This announcement is dated 18 September 2018. |
