The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager for Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust ("SUNREIT"), wishes to announce that the resolution as set out in the Notice of Unitholders' Meeting dated 22 March 2019 was duly approved by the unitholders of SUNREIT today.


The resolution was voted by poll and the result of the poll was validated by BDO Consulting Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by SUNREIT.
