The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the management company for SUNREIT, wishes to announce that RHB Trustees Berhad, acting as the Trustee for SUNREIT, had on 17 September 2019 accepted a new revolving loan facility of up to RM250.0 million (the “RL 2”) granted by Public Bank Berhad, in view of the full utilisation of the limit under the existing revolving facility of up to RM1.5 billion (the “RL 1”). With the RL 2, the total limit from Public Bank Berhad shall be RM1.75 billion.

The purpose of the RL 2 is the same with the RL 1, which is to partly or fully repay outstanding commercial papers issued by SUNREIT Capital Berhad under the Commercial Papers Programme up to the nominal value of RM3.0 billion during the tenor of the RL 2.
