Outcome of Meeting

The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager for Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust ("SUNREIT"), wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Seventh Annual General Meeting dated 30 August 2019 were duly approved by the unitholders of SUNREIT today.

 

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by BDO Consulting Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by SUNREIT.
