The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager of SUNREIT wishes to announce that Azmi Real Estate Management Sdn Bhd has been appointed as the new Property Manager of SUNREIT with effect from 1 July 2013 in place of DTZ Nawawi Tie Leung Property Consultants Sdn Bhd, whose term of appointment has expired on 30 June 2013. This appointment of a property manager is in line with the Manager's commitment to observe best practices by way of rotation of consultants. This announcement is dated 3 July 2013. | |
