SUNREIT - Notice of Book Closure

Interim Income Distribution of 0.90 sen per unit (of which 0.55 sen per unit is taxable, 0.30 sen per unit is non-taxable and 0.05 sen per unit is tax exempt) for the period from 1 July 2020 to 30 September 2020 (inclusive) ("Advance Distribution").
 

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Income” as from: 23 Oct 2020
2)  The last date of lodgment : 26 Oct 2020
3)  Date Payable : 10 Nov 2020

Remarks :
The Advance Distribution is for the period from 1 July 2020 to 30 September 2020 ("Advance Distribution Period"), being the period from the beginning of the financial year ending 30 June 2021 up to such date determined by the Board which is before the date on which the placement units ("Placement Units") will be allotted to identified investors pursuant to the Private Placement (announced on 29 June 2020 and approved by the unitholders of Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust ("Sunway REIT") on 2 October 2020). Hence, the Placement Units will not be entitled to the Advance Distribution.

The next income distribution after the Advance Distribution will comprise Sunway REIT's distributable income for the period from 1 October 2020 to 31 December 2020, being the day immediately after the Advance Distribution Period until the end of the relevant semi-annual period determined by the Board. Thereafter, semi-annual distribution will resume.
