The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the management company for SUNREIT, wishes to announce that RHB Trustees Berhad, acting as the Trustee for SUNREIT, had on 4 July 2022 accepted an additional revolving loan facility of up to RM0.25 billion (the “RL 3”) granted by Public Bank Berhad, in view of the near-full utilisation of the limit of the existing revolving loan facilities totalling RM1.75 billion (the “RL 1 and RL 2”). With the RL 3, the total limit of the revolving loan facilities from Public Bank Berhad shall be RM2.0 billion.

The purpose of the RL 3 is the same with the RL 1 and RL 2, which is to partly or fully repay outstanding commercial papers issued by SUNREIT Capital Berhad, a special purpose company wholly-owned by the Trustee on behalf of SUNREIT, under the Commercial Papers Programme of up to the nominal value of RM3.0 billion during the tenor of the RL 3.
