The Company wishes to announce that the Actual Value of Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("RRPTs") entered into by the Company has exceeded 10% of the Estimated Value as disclosed in the Company's Circular to Shareholders dated 5 April 2011. The details of the RRPTs are as follows:
