He has vast experience in the areas of accounting, auditing, finance and corporate services. He did his accounting and auditing training in the United Kingdom before serving Bumiputra Merchant Bankers Berhad for six (6) years where his last position was as Corporate Banking Manager.
He joined PMCare Sdn. Bhd. in 1995 as a General Manager of Finance. Currently he is the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of PMCare Sdn. Bhd.
He was the Independent and Non-Executive Director of Edra Global Energy Berhad from October 2014 to March 2016. He was the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
He was the Independent and Non-Executive Director of SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad from January 2006 to May 2012. He was also the Chairman of Audit and Risk Management Committees and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
