Prior to the commencement of the 44th Annual General Meeting ("44th AGM") of TH Plantations Berhad ("Company") held today, 14 May 2018, Datuk Abdul Shukur bin Haji Idrus had expressed his intention not to seek for re-election as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company pursuant to Article 89 of the Company's Constitution. He will retire as a Director of the Company at the conclusion of the 44th AGM.
Accordingly, Resolution No. 7, as set out in the Notice of 44th AGM of the Company dated 20 April 2018 in respect of his re-election as a Director of the Company has been withdrawn. |
