He has held various senior positions within the CIMB Group including the position of Chief Executive Officer of Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad from 1999 to 2003 and Chief Executive Officer of CIMB Securities Sdn. Bhd. now known as CIMBS Sdn. Bhd. from 1992 to 1999. He was also appointed as President Commissioner of PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk in 2006. He also serves as a Trustee of the CIMB Foundation prior to his retirement from CIMB Group in 2011. |
