We refer to our announcements made on 14 August 2018 on the Garden Leave of Chief Executive Officer and 20 August 2018 on the resignation of Dato' Sri Zainal Azwar bin Zainal Aminuddin as the Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director of THP.

The Board of Directors of TH Plantations Berhad ("THP" or "the Company") wishes to announce that  a temporary Board committee known as the Board Executive Committee ("Board EXCO") of THP has been established for the purpose of performing the duties, responsibilities and functions of the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of THP, until the new CEO of THP is appointed. The composition of the Board EXCO shall be as follows:

i. Dato' Mohd Shukri bin Hussin - Chairman

ii. Mohd Adzahar bin Abdul Wahid - Member

iii. Nik Mohd Hasyudeen bin Yusoff - Member

The Board EXCO will be assisted by the Senior Management of THP not limited to Encik Mohamed Azman Shah bin Ishak, the Chief Financial Officer of THP who was appointed as the Principal Officer in charge of the day to day management of THP and its subsidiaries on 14 August 2018.
