The Company wishes to inform that Encik Mohamed Azman Shah bin Ishak, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company ("the CFO") has been served with a show-cause letter today i.e. 9 August 2019 in relation to the findings arising from the recent forensic audit conducted by THP. The CFO is required to provide a written reply to the show-cause letter within fourteen (14) days from the date thereof. Together with the show-cause letter, the CFO is suspended from office until further notice.

In the interim, the following persons shall take over the responsibility and functions of the CFO:

1. Marliyana binti Omar, Assistant General Manager, Finance; and

2. Hamidah binti Hassan, Senior Manager, Finance.

A further announcement shall be made in the event of any material development on this matter.
