Currently, the anticipated eventual and paid up capital of Instacom Group SA is South African Rand ("ZAR") one (1) million (approximately RM400,000) comprising 1,000,000 ordinary shares of ZAR1 each. Instacom Group Berhad’s portion shall be ZAR510,000 (approximately RM170,000).
Funds for the investments in Instacom Group SA shall be 100% from internally generated funds. As such, no breakdown is provided.
Victory Parade Trading 182 (Pty) Ltd is incorporated on 6 November 2007. The place of incorporation is Cape Town, South Africa.
