INSTACO - Notice of Rights Entitlement (Ratio)

Renounceable rights issue of up to 429,515,979 Rights Shares on the basis of two (2) Rights Shares for every seven (7) existing Instacom Shares held, together with up to 214,757,989 free detachable warrants in Instacom ("Warrants D") on the basis of one (1) free Warrant D for every two (2) Rights Shares subscribed for at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 15 June 2015 at an issue price of RM0.10 per Rights Share ("Rights Issue with Warrants").

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “Ex-Rights Issue” as from: 11 Jun 2015
2)    The last date of lodgment : 15 Jun 2015
3)    Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-
       a)    Selling Broker to deduct<2/9>, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
       b)    Buying Broker to deduct <10%>, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
       c)    Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of <2/9>, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks :- The Abridged Prospectus together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment ("NPA") and the Rights Subscription Form ("RSF"), will only be despatched to the shareholders of Instacom whose names appear on the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 15 June 2015 ("Entitled Shareholders") at their address in Malaysia or who have provided the share registrar with an address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on 15 June 2015. Foreign Entitled Shareholders who are without an address in Malaysia and wish to provide a Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers to effect the change of address by 5.00 p.m. on 15 June 2015. The date of listing of the Rights Shares and Warrants D to be issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad will be on on 14 July 2015. The aforementioned documents will be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders not later than two (2) market days from the entitlement date.
