BURSA ANNOUCEMENTS

Renounceable rights issue of up to 429,515,979 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in Instacom (Rights Shares) on the basis of two (2) Rights Shares for every seven (7) existing Instacom Shares held, together with up to 214,757,989 free detachable Warrants D on the basis of one (1) free Warrant D for every two (2) Rights Shares subscribed for at the issue price of RM0.10 per Rights Share (Rights Issue with Warrants)

Kindly be advised that INSTACOM's:

i)  a)  additional 289,065,127 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each ("Shares") issued pursuant  to the             

         aforesaid Rights Issue with Warrants;

    b)  additional  24,577,496  Warrants B  arising  from  the  adjustments  pursuant  to the Rights

         Issue  with Warrants; and

    c)  additional  9,830,784  Warrants C  arising  from  the  adjustments  pursuant  to  the  Rights  

         Issue with Warrants

    will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 14 July 2015; and 

ii)  144,532,298  Warrants D  issued pursuant to the aforesaid Rights Issue with Warrants will be  

     admitted  to  the  Official  List  of  Bursa Securities  and  the  listing  and  quotation    of these  

     Warrants D  on the ACE Market  will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m.,  Tuesday, 14 July  

     2015.

    The Stock Short Name, ISIN Code and Stock Number of the Warrants  are  INSTACO-WD",   

    "MYQ0069WDU78" and  "0069WD" respectively.
