We refer to the earlier announcement dated 30 November 2015 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Instacom, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to provide additional information on the utilisation of proceeds to be raised from the Proposed Private Placement, particularly on future viable investments highlighted in Section 2.6 of the announcement dated 30 November 2015, as set out in the attachment below.
