The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Instacom is pleased to announce that on 26 January 2016, Instacom Group had vide its subsidiary company, Vivocom Enterprise Sdn Bhd (“VESB”), entered into a heads of agreement (“HoA”) with Coneff Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (“Coneff”) (the “Parties”) to be the main contractor for the development on Lot 36079, Desa Tasik, Mukim Petaling Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur, comprising twenty four (24) storeys of affordable homes, seven (7) storeys of podium car park and one (1) storey of common facility (the “Project”). Subject to the execution of definitive agreements, Coneff will appoint VESB as the main contractor for the Project at an estimated contract value of not more than RM230.0 million (Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Thirty Million) (the “Proposed Development”). The execution of definitive agreements shall be conditional upon the finalisation and completion of the contract bill of quantities, schedule of rates and all contract documents. Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur is the legal and beneficial owner of a piece of vacant land held under Lot 36079, Desa Tasik, Mukim Petaling Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur (the “Land”).
