Ms. Anne Kung did not seek re-election as Director of Vivocom Intl Holdings Berhad ("Vivocom") in accordance with Article 116 of the Company's Articles of Association at the 14th Annual General Meeting held on 25 May 2016, as she wishes to focus more time on managing and overseeing the operations of Instacom Engineering Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vivocom. 

Ms Anne would still remain as part of the Vivocom Group, but at the subsidiary companies level. Consequently, Ms Anne also resigned as the Chief Executive Officer of Vivocom Group with effect from 25 May 2016.
