We refer to the earlier announcement dated 28 December 2017 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of Vivocom, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd had on 28 December 2017 submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad to seek its approval for an extension of time up to 31 May 2018 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
