On behalf of Vivocom, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 8 January 2018, resolved to grant an extension of time of up to 31 May 2018 for Vivocom to complete the Private Placement.
