We refer to our announcement dated 20 May 2013 and the query letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 21 May 2013 requesting for additional information in relation to the Project as follow:- 1. The risks in relation to the project The risks associated with the Project are mainly operational risks and risk of delay in completion of the Project. Notwithstanding this, the management of Instacom Group Berhad will strive to ensure full compliance to the operational procedures in the execution of the requirements of the Project. 2. The expected commencement date of the Project As of to-date, no fixed date of commencement has been scheduled. Nonetheless, the Project owner would like works to commence at the earliest possible date due to the urgency of the Project. Negotiations and planning of roll-out implementation of the Project are currently under-way to ensure that the Project kick-off as soon as feasible. We expect the matter to be finalised within the foreseeable future. This announcement is dated 22 May 2013
