On behalf of the Board of Directors of Vivocom ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOB Kay Hian") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to diversify the existing business activities of Vivocom and its subsidiaries (collectively, "Vivocom Group" or the "Group") to include sales and trading of iron ore and other minerals ("New Business") ("Proposed Diversification”).
